Courses – Certificate of Higher Education in Common Law

The Certificate of Higher Education in Common (CertHE in Common Law) Law provides an opportunity to reach the first-year undergraduate level both for students who satisfy the normal University entrance requirements for the LLB degree, but who choose not to register for the degree, and for those who may not have had the chance to meet these requirements, but can demonstrate that they have the ability, motivation and maturity at this level.

Entry Requirements:
All students are required to undertake a short aptitude test on arrival at the college. The test involves applying a set of legal regulations to problems. It does not require knowledge of the law. Rather, it requires fact management, analytical and writing skills.

Students who passed or appeared in SSC, HSC, O or A Levels

Start Dates:

September (Students may however join the course in January or April, but they will not sit their examination until May of the following year.

LLB Degree (Finals Part 1 – Scheme A) or LLB Degree (Year 2 – Scheme B)
